01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "jlccwin," "Platform," "we," "us," "our" refers to the jlccwin online gaming platform operated at jlccwin.net, its owners, operators, affiliates, and employees.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any registered user who has created an account on the jlccwin platform.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jlccwin platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the jlccwin Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules that may apply.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jlccwin. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

03 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlccwin login credentials, including your username and password. jlccwin will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login details.

• Do not share your jlccwin login credentials with any third party.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable any additional security features made available by jlccwin, including two-factor authentication where offered.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify jlccwin support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

jlccwin reserves the right to suspend or lock any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending an investigation. During such periods, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jlccwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on jlccwin is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status. GCash and Maya deposits clear to your account balance in real time.

5.3 Withdrawal Requirements

To process a withdrawal, your jlccwin account must have completed full KYC verification, including submission and approval of a valid government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya for fully verified accounts are typically processed within one to three (1–3) hours during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three (1–3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

5.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. jlccwin reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks for withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds.

5.5 Currency & Fees

All transactions are processed in PHP. jlccwin does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside jlccwin's control. No currency conversion is applied — your peso remains a peso.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spin awards, cashback offers, and promotions made available on jlccwin are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the point of offer. Where a conflict exists between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms prevail for that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any portion of the Bonus Balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and contribution rates are detailed in the relevant promotion terms. Wagering on certain game types (e.g., live dealer baccarat, roulette) may contribute at a reduced rate toward fulfilling bonus wagering requirements.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

jlccwin reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and suspend or terminate accounts where bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay, creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, structuring bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other players.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed or unused bonus funds expire after the period specified in the promotion terms, typically 7 to 30 days from issue. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from your account balance with no obligation on jlccwin to restore them.

07 Game Rules & Fair Play

Each game available on jlccwin is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

09 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlccwin's total liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that Player's account at the time the relevant claim arises.

jlccwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions to internet connectivity.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers such as GCash, Maya, BPI, or BDO.
• Changes to game availability or platform features.
• Acts of God, regulatory changes, or other circumstances beyond jlccwin's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits jlccwin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12 Termination & Account Closure

12.1 Closure by Player

You may close your jlccwin account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, provided your account is in good standing and KYC requirements are satisfied. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

12.2 Termination by jlccwin

jlccwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where jlccwin reasonably determines that:

• The Player has breached these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct.
• The Player has provided false information during registration or KYC.
• Continued account operation poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to jlccwin.
• The Player is found to be under 21 years of age.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination for breach, jlccwin reserves the right to forfeit all balances held in the account, including both Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance. Where termination occurs for reasons other than breach, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

jlccwin collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data privacy regulations, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the jlccwin Privacy Policy.

jlccwin will not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with PAGCOR and relevant Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law or in connection with an investigation into suspected illegal activity.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. jlccwin operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, including disputes relating to their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to jlccwin's internal complaints process as described in Clause 15. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures, it may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with applicable regulatory procedures.

You agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings that may arise in connection with these Terms, to the extent that such proceedings are not resolved through PAGCOR's regulatory process.
